With a stunning location on Whitley Bay Promenade, the owner wanted to renovate their premise, which was known as Cafe 19, to a modern beach bar with a holiday feeling.

the task.

  • A logo and brand kit.
  • To wipe the old social media.
  • Using the existing followers, build momentum for the launch of the new business on the relevant platforms.
  • Organise an influencer launch event to get word out after the soft-launch.

We created a brand that exceeded the brief.


Successful influencer evening where we invited a mixture of local foodies, community groups, famous and local dogfluencers, lifestyle bloggers and journalists. They all agreed to share their experience on their socials and we were able to gather lots of UGC (user-generated content).


In the first week of trading along, the gross sales increased by 66% and transactions were up 80%!
