We donated a prize towards the charity golf day held at Ramside Hall. The total amount raised was over £5000!
The Percy Hedley Foundation helps people with disabilities to live, learn and be part of a world adapting to difference. From specialist pre-school to post-16 education services, offering residential services for all ages, as well as transition, employability support and a range of training courses and workshops for parents and professionals.
The foundation held its first charity golf day last Thursday with the intention of fundraising towards their cause.
Held at Ramside Golf Club, the day was sponsored by many local businesses including the likes of Tyne Tunnels and Lookers Motor Group. Many other companies donated prizes as well as Become Social.
The total amount raised from the golf day was £5416.63. There will be another event next year which we look forward to help raising money for too.
